Moonlight Lake

Nodin snorted. "So you would come back to the place where this stallion tried to 'kill' your son? That doesn't sound like a very safe decision.." he said, smiling a little. He lifted his tail and pawed the ground.

Zenya looked up and snorted, pounding her hooves. "The last thing that stallion would see if he tried it again would be my fawn laughing wildly at him as he died!"

Nodin frowned as he looked at her. "You would really kill me?" he asked.

Zenya shook her head and placed her muzzle againesy his neck. "of course not!" she protested.

For once, Nodin didn't pull away. He instead closed his eyes and smiled silently.

Zenya smiled and nuzzled him. She kissed his cheek and started grazing.

Nodin watched her for a moment, then he went to a tree and layed under its old branches.

Zenya grazed alittle more before lying down beside Nodin. She set her muzzle along his back.

Nodin smiled slightly, then layed his own head among the grasses. He fell asleep slowly.

Zenya yawned and soon fell into a deep sleep, slightkly snoring.

Zenya woke up, feeling pain. She flew off into the sky.
